What I personally like at Smithfield Prod is that our employees are encouraged and
motivated, whenever the opportunities arise, to volunteer, to support organizations and good causes. We had a great time with our colleagues planting trees in the neighborhood or volunteering for the construction of a protected house for people with disabilities. It gives you a feeling of responsibility and the satisfaction that you can make a change – through Smithfield Prod we've got the chance to be a responsible citizen.
